This is precisely the case, that the victims are as guilty as the perpetrators. If money was so easy to "grow", why isn't everybody else doing it? To be lured with returns of 50%, 80% and the like .. well, the risk involved is as high as the returns promised. The so-called victims should stop crying and leave us in peace. The BoG should certainly not be thinking of bailing out these scammers at taxpayers' expense.
