    that the rules against corruption do not apply to Ali Baba and his 40 thieves. How can someone be held responsible if you infringe drivers who drive "rulessly" and at times stupidly?

    Our roads are not so good enough and most of the Ghanaian drivers are not qualified to drive so please the escorts must always be careful when carrying out their duties.

    I'm surprised that some people are "surprised " about what the commander is saying. All over the world there is no single country where presidential motorcade obeys traffic rules. So please let not Ghana be different

    They should limit the number of V8s they put on the road. A typical V8 landcruiser can accommodate at least 7 people but can can find only one or two in a vehicle at the expense of the tax payer.
