  So they can be suspended for holding different views but their cash and T-Shirt cannot be suspended. How can you say this. Please revise your notes on dealing with conflict. The NPP needs an improved knowledge in group dynamics, role conflicts, conflict prevention and management as well as negotiations. Again the NPP must learn about the differences between power and authority and their respective usage to deal with some of this challenges. Each person suspended may go with a few more allies who may not vote at all or vote skirt and blouse or completely switch votes to a different party and remember numbers are very important at the crucial stage. Please take note and revise your notes on disciplinary measures now before its too late. God Bless.
