Read Deut 10: 20-28 (KJV) where one has the right to use his tithe to buy whtever his soul lusteth including "STRONG DRINK." I will only critisize this Pastor for drinking on credit. Don't also forget that some people shall be sign posts leading people into the Kingdom while they themselves won't enter.
