If the police could only come up with this charge, that even gives Obinim more ammunition to claim unfair treatment from the police.
I clearly said, this case was a waste of time and money from the beginning but everyone looked to that foolish charity called Amnesty International and thought there was a case.
I was more worried when the police came out with a supposedly pending charge of fraud, but the more I see events, the more I believe they will find it hard to secure such a charge against him in court.

Obinim is far, far popular than John mahama and that is what makes ndc jealous to frame a case against him. If he has defrauded somebody is it the responsibility of the police to arrest people on individual debt cases? Does the constitution allow the police to collect debts? And if business has gone bad is it the responsibility to arrest and handcuff the debtor or the it is the responsibility of the creditor to go to court to collect his money? Anytime ndc is in power Nkwaseasem nkoaa, the country turns lawless and ungoverned. VOTE NDC OUT, THEY ARE EVILS. YOU JUST CAN'T UNDERSTAND THEM, they have some weird life style and logic.
