Go ahead and arrest them and prosecute them all, as well as close down the Police Stations. This is the only way we can put some sense into the brains of the youth and bring sanity in the society. The Chiefs of these two areas are wrong by accusing the police for closing the stations down. In other more civilized countries you are charged to replace government property that you have vandalized and destroyed. Indeed more grease to your elbow.
