ANALYSIS:
It is either President Mills and Vice President Mahama spent four (4) years (2009-2012) doing NOTHING (having no foundation), which is FINANCIAL LOSS TO THE STATE, or President Mahama in the last four (4) years (2013-2016) squandered the huge resources (GHS200 Billion) without completing the house that had its foundation established by Prof Mills and himself (Vice Mahama).
