These people will not think through the issue before filling the right complaint against the offender. They will go to court, lose the case and start blaming judges for being NPP people.

NA WHO SAYS OBINIM ERRED ??? I CAN'T THINK FAR....
The Bible indicates that physical discipline is appropriate, beneficial, and necessary. The appropriate and restrained physical discipline of children is a good thing and contributes to the well-being and corrects upbringing of children.
Disciplining children in the rightful manner is a tough task. Some individuals say thphysical discipline thus, corporal punishment such as spanking is the only accepted method by the Bible. Others claim the most effective method is “time-outs” and other punishments that do not involve physical discipline.
OBINIM RIGHT OR WRONG? LET'S HEAR FROM THE BIBLE?
There are many Scriptures that support physical discipline. We need not to fail to correct our children for spanking them won't kill them. One thing you perhaps don't know is that, physical discipline may well save them from death” (Proverbs 23:13-14; 13:24; 22:15; and 20:30. The Bible emphasizes the need of discipline; it is something everybody must have so as to be productive and it is much more easily learned when we are young.
Children who do not go through this often grow up rebellious, have no respect for authority, hence find it difficult to willingly obey and follow God. God Himself uses discipline to correct us and lead us down the right path and to encourage repentance for our wrong actions. You may check these scriptures; Psalm 94:12, Proverbs 1:7, 6:23, 12:1, 13:1, 15:5, Isaiah 38:16, and Hebrews 12:9.
There are a lot wisdom regarding the bringing up a child in the book of Proverbs. And a clear example is “The rod and reprimand impart wisdom, but a child left undisciplined disgraces its mother" (Proverbs 29:15). This verse points clearly to the fact that there are dire consequences of not disciplining a child. If Angel Obinim had not taken that action, he would definitely someday be put to public ridicule and disgrace. His action is biblical and for that matter, of God.
Discipline is used to correct and train people to go in the right way. And Obinim's motive did not contradict that of the Bible(The Word of God).
Now, if you read Hebrews 12:11 it says; "No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it".
Physical discipline should never be used to cause lasting physical harm or pain. Let's ask ourselves a question before we think of Human rights abuse, Child rights abuse, etc. What physical damage did Obinim cause on the whipped guys? Who among you parents have ever not disciplined a child by whipping? So why do you think Obinim has done the worst thing of all. WHERE HE DID IT ?
Well, what purpose does it serve if you discipline your child in a hide out. People are disciplined to serve as deterrent to others. So those who think he shouldn't have done it in the full glare of the congregation may have forgotten the reason we punish or discipline children. Parents have the biblical right to discipline their children anywhere and anytime. There should be discipline anywhere people have gathered including schools, work places, institutions, individual homes and of course in the house of God.
Other forms of discipline, for example “time-outs,” can be used instead of physical discipline. Some parents find that their children do not respond well to physical discipline. Some parents find that “time-outs,” grounding, and/or taking something away from the children is more effective in encouraging behavioral change. If that is indeed the case, by all means, a parent should employ the methods that best produce the needed behavioral change. While the Bible undeniably advocates physical discipline, the Bible is more concerned with the goal of building godly character than it is in the precise method used to produce that goal.
WHY HAS DISCIPLINING A CHILD BECOME AN ISSUE?
The classification of all manner of physical discipline as child abuse by governments has complicated disciplining a child. Many parents do not spank their children for fear of being reported to the government and risk having their children taken away. A reason most children have grown horns in recent times. What should parents do if a government has made physical discipline of children illegal? The book of Romans 13:1-7 says, parents should submit to the government whereas a government should never contradict God’s Word, and physical discipline is, biblically speaking, in the best interest of children. However, keeping children in families in which they will at least receive some discipline is far better than losing children to the “care” of the government. According to Angel Obinim, he adopted these two young guys when they were both young and has caring for them all this while. Is he not a parent? Has he not got any right to discipline children he's caring for?
In Ephesians 6:4, fathers are told not to exasperate their children. Instead, they are to bring them up in God’s ways. Raising a child in the “training and instruction of the Lord” includes restrained, corrective, and, yes, loving physical discipline.
