Thirdly in the event of any confusion HELL will break loose.
Now what is the sense in asking people not to go home after voting? You are courting violence and still advise that the IGP should not consider banning social media on that day.

First the voting will last for about 10hrs and then counting and declaration will take about 2-forever hours depending on where and whether there are re-counting, etc. Now how many batteries will one need to film continuosly for 12hrs or more? On how many SD cards at what capacity? At what distance are people going to stand and film? 50, 100, 200 metres? And with what kind of camera will you film from that distance and get any meaningful video to watch for evidence? And when it gets dark, with what kind of lights, etc?
Filming in public places require permission. You can't just start pointing cameras at people without incurring their wrath. Finally especially on election day, you won't even be allowed to film if you don't have a press accreditation.
IN SHORT, THE GUY JUST BLEW HOT AIR. HE IS A DEMENTED FELLOW NOT WORTH ATTENTION!
