The founding fathers of NPP ran to their colonial masters to take us back into slavery because they did not believe in an Nkroful man running the country and the economy. When Gen Acheampong staged coup against Dr Busia, he protested against all unwarranted borrowings and appealed to Ghanaians to be self-reliant. Soon had NPP in its new morphing come to power than they running back to the colonial masters insulting mother Ghana as a very poor country - BEGGING CAP IN HAND IS NO DIGNITY. The judgement debts were under Prof J.A Mills but Ghanaians saw through it and voted for His Excellency John Dramani Mahama in 2012. NPP is doling out monies to causes they believe are worthwhile but not deemed bribery. Who will corroborate these figures and who will tell us how much ex-President Kufour spent to secure his second term? If Nana and Bawumiah are spending their own money to support causes, what will they do with Ghana's money? Which honest citizen doles out their own money to serve people honestly? When Supreme court make rulings, it is the judiciary if it pleases NPP. The judgement debts were not arbitary awards but I believe all went through the judiciary or not? WERE THEY CORRUPT? That is what we have made them.

Every conceivable misdeed under one Government has happened under another Government. The $30,000,000 facelift of ex-President J.A Kufour's house could have built a Hospital and could have paid Nurses. The staggering and simply collosal amounts paid to just two individuals in the COSMOS oil exploration deal would build a nation. It all happened under NPP. They could not lecture Ghanaians and insult the intelligence of all those who voted for NDC. Ghana's money is being stolen and you may be quite right about that, but NDC and not NPP is lamentable and shameful.

Yes ide bii k3k3k3 because Ghana is moving on the ground. The concept of corruption will be on the minds of the culprits "Macbeth shall sleep no More! Who is living in Ghana today who can negatively contrast developmental works under the present Government with that of ex-President Kufour? What are these figures and how do they translate into deeds for a nation which is moving forward? Ghana like the rest of Africa is a developing nation and so some measure of suffering will linger. Many deplorables from NPP era are being fixed. The link road from Teshie LasCala to Spinters was neglected completely. UNDER NDC it has moved.

The real import of Alban Bagbin's statement is, in that so called green book which he described as being "great", which captures the so-called projects and artistic impressions of the fertile imagination of John Dramani Mahama, where is the monetary component associated with those "great" projects captured in the green book?
Suffcie to say, Ghanaians have said severally that John Dramani Mahama should have used his accounting to the people tour to wish Ghanaians goodbye since that tour was more of a goodbye tour than an accounting to the people tour.
How can you go on a tour on the pretext of accounting to the people but there is no cost, no breakdown of the funds given to you?
It is more than certain Alban Bagbin's statements were not directed at the NPP but at John Dramani Mahama because even at the district assembly level, messengers account for monies or funds given them and the fact that John Dramani Mahama hasn't in that great green book, makes actual nonsense and a mockery of his leadership and governance of this country which Ghanaians have resolved to do away with on December 7th.
It takes a seriously deficient leader to accumulate the kind of debt greater than all administrations from independence combined, and not account for a single pesewa in some so-called accounting to the people tour and in a so-called great green book, and in this elections that deficiency, that deficit, that lack of leadership is on the ballot box, and John Dramani Mahama will lose.
The green book has not silenced NPP but it has become the political death warrant or death knell of John Dramani Mahama and it is fantastic.

From when he was Minority Leader he has what it takes to lead and not just his Party. Strange when Nii Lante Vanderpuye generalised in making an observation of the kind of stature required for the Presidency in a very respectful and humorous way, few are up in arms. Although I have not been privy to have a copy of the Green Book, I am simply fascinated with the developmental works I have seen in the Greater Accra Region.
NDC has all it takes for the electorates across the divide to trust as a Party. Their Presidential candidates have been a Voltarian, Fante and now a Northerner which contrasted with that of the NPP who have filled an all Akan cast since the time of UP - pre-independence which tells a very loud story.
The late Peter Allah Adjetey, a Ga was removed as Speaker although even the members of the opposing bench were rooting for his continued stay in Office and replaced by an Akan. Look at what is happening to Afoko? The late Jake Obetsebi Lamptey was removed as Chairman etc etc thus leaving the Ga voters with no recognizable face apart from their MPs. The Party that boast of elitism is completely bankrupt on principles of proportional representation – that in their thoughts only one tribe can produce credible Presidents? Ghana’s history has proved otherwise.
It does not matter what progress the country is witnessing their insulting machinery is in motion. Sad enough we have few Ga Dangbe Chiefs who instead of lauding their elected MPs are at war with them for the slightest misdemeanour. Hon. Lantey Vanderpauye and Sam George are two notable cases in focus.
Ghana is sincerely moving and what we have is the insulting machinery of the NPP at work which seems to disrespect anyone in another Party. Did not the NPP had the opportunity to change their dismal tribalistic history by endorsing the late Vice President Alhaji Alliu Mahama? They squandered that chance and already whilst having a Northerner Vice Presidential candidate, in reality Allan Kyeremanteng was already in the Wings.
Dr Nkrumah scored 70% compared with the collective 30% of the UP although he was in prison at the time. In His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, Ghana is developing very fast and moving forward. The Osagyefo called for tightening of belt in some instances. Ghana was extremely hard during all the tenure of former President, J.A. Kufour even with HIPIC otherwise it will smack negatively on the entire population for voting out of Office a Party which was actually working in favour of a party that had been in power for 19 years previous – a combination of military junta and democratic credentials. Yet, the NPP fell just at the next hurdle.
The Party representatives insult all and sundry but any seeming statement against any of their personalities is viewed as an insult. There is an actor who goes by the stage name Shortingo and yet if used for their flag bearer, it is an insult whilst hunchback is used derogatorily.
It may not be a co-incidence that the NDC symbols embrace the full body of the Ghana flag. It is a national party and has all it takes to prove it. His Excellency John Dramani Mahama has sincerely proved to be The Father of the Nation and he deserves another clear four year mandate to continue his good works.
Presidency is never a case of “AFTER YOU PLEASE!” If NPP was sincerely a popular Party they would not have been booted out of Office just after 8 years of the term of just One President, the second after Dr Busia in their entire over 60 years of existence.
