THE EC IS NOT HAVING ENOUGH KNOWLEDGE ABOUT RIGGING. SHE NEEDS TO BE SCHOOL BY HIS COMMISSIONERS. IT IS POSSIBLE, SO SHE NEEDS TO WATCH ALL HIS COMMISSIONERS VERY WELL.TWO OR THREE PEOPLE CAN DO IT.

Do not be like the men who use their position to enrich themselves. They use intimidation to put themselves above the law, but it appears u are humble and able to account to us.
