I think We need to go back to supreme Court and ask for true interpretation of contempt law. Both npp and NDC judges can target media house owner if things are not done properly. If iam a Judge and some one like Kennedy Agyep

Ghana Practising Tradijudicracy!
In Ghana today traditional chiefs can sack/demote government appointees, and judges who suffer verbal attacks can act on behalf of 'themselves' by prosecuting and sentensing those who offend them. And you call this democracy!
