Which law in Ghana bars the EC from implementing the decision collectively taken by all relevant stakeholders, because a member of the said committee has subsequently been suspended from the party he represented on the that committee at the time? Is it your NPP that directs the bearing of the EC or Ghana laws and EC's structures? Do you want your party to win the Dec. polls or not? Do the right thing and come out of the ostrich's play style.

Mr/Madam bigbrosam I urge you to read EC's statement in it's entirety as well as Mac Manu's article. You will see that Mac Manu acted as if he was not part of IPAC, a commission that discusses and reviews all electoral business/policies which involve EC and all the political parties. He is legal member of the IPAC commission, representing his party, NPP.

It was collective agreement to use the ERTS system of electronic transmission of elections results at IPAC. All parties rep were suppose to communicate their observations to EC before adoption of the ERTS system.

But Mac Manu went public to make pronouncements which seemed like he did not participate in the deliberation of the ERTS issues. Seriously, this is an act of dishonesty and disingenuity.
Until I read EC's statement Mac Manu had misled me to support the observations he cleverly articulated. why?

The concerns raised by Mac Manu of the NPP with respect to the accuracy and credibility of the data and the required law that should underpin the ERTS has not been addressed and the fact that Mac Manu was present or represented at the time the C.I's wee being promulgated does not take anything away from the fact that, the concerns have not been addressed. It could even mean, the concerns may have been raised during the crafting of those C.I's but they were rebuffed by those dormant political parties together with the NDC and EC, who just appear and are sponsored by the NDC but are dead in terms of their political activity in this country.
The accuracy and credibility of the data must be guaranteed and the required law must if unavailable, must be crafted to take the electronic transmission of the provisional results into consideration to cure any mischief which one dos not need an oracle to predict exists and would come into play in the declaration of the poll results.
The EC must fix it.

They go into joint agreements together with other political parties and other key stakeholders on critical issues of national importance, only for them to later make a U-turn! What at all do they want? Power by any means necessary? 'All die be die', as they have been clamouring for? But by God's grace we shall sail tbrough successfully and peacefully! The only advice to these desperate people is that they should not see these 2016 general elections as the end of life if they lose again, because they can forsee defeat staring at them right in their faces. That is why they complain about anything and everything. But it is understandable because their desperate acts are just like the last kicks of a dying horse!
