It is unfortunate, that people can't give their opinions on judgement delivered by judges. I am not a lawyer but it appears the nacob boss gave his view and expressed his dissatisfaction of the bail granted. I think that the contempt of court powers should be used only when necessary if not the public will be scared of criticising the judiciary. Our Democracy will be at risk if people can't criticise any public institution.

Micheal UK, you can give your opinion on a case as to how it was ruled but not when the case is still in court and a ruling has not been reached.

00233244908520particular culture, religion, or philosophy. From there a Satanist uses those images against the ethos itself, that was once his own conditioning. Persons who participate in traditional Satanic masses sometimes experience a king of 'sartori', a sudden enlightenment, to an increase in their own consciousness, and feeling stronger and satisfied because they had broken with the constraining opposites. In other words, at its highest level Satanism uncovers what the ethos of a particular community or society has covered up through images, dogma, words and ideas, returning the individual to the primal chaos out of which 'opposites' were created." ~ Magister Hagur, Temple of Atazoth Office

We are fed up with judicial nonsense in this country. It is Even not true that the drug trafficker jumped bail in Brazil. The judge should not bother to check though it is public notice.
The judge can even take a live python as a bribe, we don't care. Water will take its own level always, so if u block the pathway of flood water, it will always find another path, and in the process destroy the lives and property.

So nobody can opine on court judgments in Ghana? What's wrong if the nacob boss expresses his concern over a judgement. It's funny how people r urging the honorable courts to cow people into silence

Nacob have every right in my opinion to be raving mad about this development. As for the judge it is good he has recused himself so another judge is given the opportunity to decide if his colleague erred in granting bail and nacob was justified to comment on his action. Seriously the judiciary must make Ghanaians trust them by good decisions. As for those stomach lawyers defending the so called innocent barons, time will tell.

In my candid opinion is the judiciary which has glorified corruption in Ghana.
I have heard people who have duped companies , cheated people, taken lands by force daring their victims to go to court.
Little did I know that justice is for sale in Ghana and to the highest bidder. What a shame. I no longer sympathise with the 3 high court judges who were murdered.
