    You must structure a better deal for your citizens to benefit though.I do however, agree that business men are not very creative in Ghana, due to a lack of healthy competition.

    Dangote Cement usually lease-sells it trucks to the drivers (to be repaid from their earnings over time), so the profits will go to Ghanaians.

    1000 trucks means thousands of employment. GPRTU DANGOTE trucks transports DANGOTE CEMENTS/etc ONLY. it doesn't affect other companies the way I see it.
