A wicked man is the one who does not forgive nor show remorse of causing harm to his fellow man. It is only a fool who doesn’t change his mind.
A responsible parent is the one who nurture his kids at home and will advise them to guard against public speech and manners. He will punish his kids in front anyone his kids has offended. Integrity and respect always greets them. He has the capacity and knowledge to advice, discipline and cuddles all his family as “Hen brood over chicken”. When a duck broods over chicken eggs and hatches them it treats the chicken as its own. When a hen also brood over duck eggs till hatch time it also treats the little ducks as its own. This is so with many brooders and naturally it is beautiful and awesome. This natural coexistence brings about peace and harmony in the sharing of food and water as well as sleeping under the same wing of a parent. The little ones get life advice under roof of their parents and you always see them together playing, eating, drinking water and sleeping at the same time.
The predator is likened to the “happy hunter”
Full of misery and don’t know how to be happy,
They thought it is in a car so they bought the most expensive one to be happy but it’s not in there,
They visited the finest beaches and wildest adventure in the world, they didn’t find it,
They drank the best of wine, became frequent visitor to the pub, had relationships and nice dishes but all was temporary
They went on a best boat cruise to the most beautiful cities in the world, still could not find it,
They tried to amass wealth by owning property within nice and beautiful neighbourhoods, adopted a loyal pet and tried to play in the garden; but it was an illusion.
Looking around themselves and imagined how untroubled their neighbour is, very natural and smiles always; creating positive affection and influence within their neighbourhood; This person has no desire to possess any of their wild material cravings. Out of curiosity, they began to inquire and ask themselves how can I be like this person on top of what I already have? How can I be a natural mixer to any situation just like that?
They begin to ask questions inquiring from what this person eats to when and where this person catches sleep. It is obvious that they would rehearse all the answers they have gotten but still could not be happy.
Then they directed their hatred, bitterness and misery on this person for being happy. Little did they know that the person in question does not have any space of hate in him but love. So the more they hated him he expressed joy and happiness for that is what he is made up of.
They built up their hatred to the point that their heart cannot contain; frustration and bitterness filled them beyond reasonable level; they least know the secret of his joy so they began to harass him all day any day as much as they could; unfortunately there is nothing they can do. Confronting him would be suicidal because the nature of this person has attracted a large admirers and following, who would fight for him even in his absence.
His daily advice and admonishing to the people who have ears for him are:
Trade not your happiness with a happy hunter, concentrate and focus on what you do well always for that is your strength. Have a principled life guideline, be lowly to receive everyone both great and small. Be wise and alert to acquire knowledge and wisdom, Let this principles be your daily guide.
Be generous to all people, never discriminate but guard against hazards, be vigilant and seek for justice and well fare of all people. Let your happiness, prosperity and joy affect all people. That should be your fortune.

THE JUDGES HAVE BEHAVED ARROCAANGLY AND BIASED. WHEN EVEN THE 2013 CASE WHICH HAD THE LIKELYHOOD OF BRINGING THE COUNTRY INTO CHAOS WAS ON, THEY FOUND COURSE TO ACCEPT PEOPLES PLEAS. THIS IS A CASE OF NPP JUDGES TRYING TO SILENCE THE NDC PRESS. I HOPE THESE PEOPLE COME OUT EVEN STRONGER. THE POWER OF THE COURT SHOULD BE LOOKED AT AGAIN. THIS IDEA OF THEM GIVING DIRECTIONS TO CONSTITUTIONAL BODIES IS BECOMING TOO MUCH. WHEN WE KNOW THAT THESE SAME JUDGES SIT ON CASES AND TAKE BRIBES AND SEND INNOCENT PEOPLE TO JAIL, IT PAINS MY HEART THAT THEY BEHAVE THIS WAY.

After the 3 sed all this shit.....I quote “If this country is plunged into, all those who contributed to it – we will start from their houses. God has really opened the way for these Judges who would want to plunge this country into chaos – I know each and everyone’s house. I know where the Judges live in Accra here. I can show you …I know their quarters – the Supreme Court Judges”.
“I also know the High Court Judges. I am telling you God has a way to show … If they like, they should bring up something – it will start from their residences … I am telling you in their neighborhoods and when we finish them, then it will be over … and we will come back to govern our country”.
“They don’t want this country to make progress and so we have to assist them to go so that we who love the country will help to develop it”
“So, they should sit there if they think they are Supreme Court Judges. The Electoral Commission is insulated. Article 45 – go and check. You cannot do what you are doing. You the Supreme Court Judges – what are you doing for Ghana? Your colleagues Judges who are taking bribes – goats, GH?1,000 among others – aren’t you ashamed of this?”
“The senior Judges who are at the Bench, by this time, all of you should have resigned because of what your juniors are doing. Aren’t you ashamed? So, you invite any chaos onto this country – we are young and very agile and will not sit down for this country to be destroyed”.
“Old men and women – square pegs in round holes. You have grown past seventy years and should go on retirement”, said one of the panelists.Unquote.

Well, my argument is, weren't we here in this same country when the likes of Kennedy Agyepong did likewise on a radio station of his? How could this same Apex court of the land be dismissive of others who passionately call for the killing of a specific group of people and then chose to go hard on other who do same on another day? Talk about hypocrisy at the highest chamber and this ruling right here describe it religiously.

The Molester and his after thought...
According to the laws of Ghana the police can not go and arrest a person who threatened the life of another if the person who is threatened did not lodge a complaint with the police.
So why our judges are saying that they took this harsh action because the police did not arrest the Muntie 3, the frequency owner and the managers of the radio station.
Also for the Attorney General to present the matter to court he or she must have a witness who should be one of those who was threatened. In the absence of a witness, which should be one of the judges the Attorney General or the police can not take the matter to court.
We also stated on this matter that the judges should have tackled this contempt of court matter before making their ruling. It is unfortunate that they ruled on the matter before charging the people for contempt.
The trail itself was not proper, and fail to adhere to the principle of being found not guilty before trail. The court unfortunately found the people guilty before trail. Looking at the manner in which the case was handled by the court.
The matter is also that the Attorney General can not be the court to charge the people for contempt, and the judges should not have accused her of not charging the panelist for their contempt.

This is a critical time well meaning patriots must show character above partisanship if our Republic is to endure. The statement by NDC is crass and stupid! This MuntieFM case is a criminal case and the inactions of the Police and the Attorney General to do their jobs made it difficult for the Presudent intervene behind the scenes .Now the political optics of a pardon will look good even though he has the constitutional prerogative. This case has nothing to do with media freedom or freedom of expression. Those pushing these views are anarchists and partisans. And those lawyers who argue that the Owners of MuntieFM are not liable for what happens on their platforms must go back to law school.
The Rule of Law has prevailed. We must respect our Juficiary in their administration of justice.'
NDC must exhibit political sagacity and work with all peace loving Ghanaians to continue to strengthen our governance institutions like the Juficiary.. I hope the NDC government will not repeat reactions l of the past when ruling governments did not like Spureme Coyrt rulings like those of Nkrumah's ( Ako Adjei/Adamafio/Crabbe treason trial), and Busia's No Court sagas when the Supreme Court ruling was not what they liked. Then we had President Mills( Ken Adjepong treason) and Akufgo Addo election petition judgements. These patriots accepted the Supreme Court judgements and moved on in the interest of the country. NDC God and the world are watching us . We must not tview Governance as a spectator sports where one faction wins or lose if we are to live and develop in peace .

The judiciary will gain a lot of respect if the impression is not created that we have a selective justice system that favor the affluent and influential. It appears those with power, money and political links enjoy some immunity.Powerful and rich people who have committed various infractions some criminal in nature have been protected by our high courts in the most shameful manner.Subversion of justice in the interest of the rich and powerful rather than the poor and powerless often victims of abuse by the rich and powerful simply because they cannot bribe lawyers and judges is the most grave of injustice.I am happy justice Sophia stated the role the AG should have played in her judgement.Indeed the AG Department is one of the most corrupt and irresponsible institutions in the Country. All that the AG does is to do the bidding of high profile government functionaries and public officials involved in heinous illegalities. They lobby and bribe lawyers including judges out of cases instead of investigating and prosecuting corrupt public officials involved in illegalities. They engage in all manner of intellectual dishonesty including distortion and outright fabrications to kill cases and deny powerless citizens of justice. For instance, there are numerous cases of wrongful dismissals from public institutions by irresponsible and corrupt heads of public institutions suppressed in the high courts including the human rights court. Some of these dismissals bother on serious criminality by corrupt heads of public institutions. All that the AG does is to look out for the convenience root of lazily lobbying and bribing to influence judgement in favor of this corrupt public officials. The corrupt AG Department of Ghana apart from being susceptible to bribery and influence by corrupt public officials also clearly lack the balls to confront white collar criminals in public institutions. The AG condone and connive in illegalities and is one major reason why corruption is endemic in our institutions with criminal syndicates having a field day.The reluctance of Ghana's filthy corrupt and malfunctional AG is also the reason for the numerous judgement debts when victims of injustice bulldoze their way through the oppression and illegalities by the AG in an attempt to stifle their cases to win. Some of the cases the AG run to court to defend in the interest of high profile but corrupt public officials bother on serious human rights abuse, violation and atrocities. Some of these include dismissals because a female subordinate refuses to be a sex slave to lustful and irresponsible boss or because a subordinate have discovered or expose corruption or refused to connive in it.The AG Department will do everything including blackmail, propaganda and concoction to scandalize the victim of abuse in frenzy attempt to protect powerful but corrupt figures in public institutions with links to government. If graft and other illegalities are to be properly dealt with in our public institutions, the AG Department must be promptly replaced by an independent prosecutor immune to manipulation by executive power.Judges in court must be critical of and discourage the dubious tactics of the AG in court such as routinely adjourning cases, entering appearance late or refuse to appear all together as defendants of public officials.Kangaroo Courts, back door, opaque processes and cooked judgement in favor of the highest bidder should be stamped out. Justices should make the judiciary client friendly for litigants mostly dependent on unreliably and untrustworthy lawyers. We must have a system where Self Representation and legal services for that encouraged to avoid the situation where lawyers extort clients of large sums of money and later dump them because opponents in this case public or government officials have offered large quantum of money to kill cases to protect corrupt officials and avoid judgement debt.

Having freedom of speech does give us licence to behave irresponsibly. One must also bear in mind that every freedom has a limitation. To use your freedom of speech to issue threat of death to Supreme Court Judges discharging their judicial duties should not be romanticised. The three persons convicted by the court are not above the laws of our country . People who steal chicken are given higher sentences and no one cry for th because they not prominent members of political party. The Supreme Court has been so humane in giving only four months to the trio instead of four. For the legal team to appeal to the president to use his prerogative to quash the sentence is joke of the century. Please allow the judiciary to do their work and do not use politics to meddle I. The work of the judiciary. No one is above the law so let it be.

Inciting public sentiments against the judges for what judgement Montie 3 claim to be one-sided? The president should keep out of this since if it were NPP comentators NDC would have swept the streets with their joy. The sentence may have been harsh. But we also need peace in Ghana. I believe OMAN FM would take a cue from this. Nobody is above the law and statements of such intensity border on criminality. Threaten to kill, rape and continue raping? And NDC members are happy because their govt is in power? Do we have no laws working in Ghana? Mr. John should keep out of this as he has done since it started. Montie 3 and their lawyers are behaving like small boys with a football. When u talk big you face the big talk with big responsibility.

We all know that the courts don't pronounce judgment without reference to applicable laws governing the land. If the constitution makes provision for offences relating to contempt, I believe the same constitution would have made provision for the kind of punishment to be awarded in case of breaches. What we have to understand is that freedom of speech must not be mistaken for verbal attack on personalities and institutions. This kind of scandalous attitude if let go unpunished will be repeated again and again and the whole country will, one day, be thrown into total chaos. In fact, the election petition case would have served as a precedence if the panel of judges precided over by Justice Atuguba has done well in punishing those contemnors at the time. If the sentence is in accordance with the applicable laws of the land, let's take it in good faith. The right of citizens and institutions must be respected.

We should know that YOUR FREEDOM ENDS WHERE SOMEONE'S FREEDOM STARTS. The fact that there's freedom of speech in Ghana doesn't mean u should say things that are criminal before the law. I think the judges were even considerate and gave a fair judgement. What those guys said were contemptuous and at the same criminal before the law. So if they were to be dealt with sternly then the criminal aspect will have it's judgement and the contempt aspect also it's judgement!

Yes, the constitution protects of expression but what it does not is to Abuse it.
They used the airwaves to threaten the life of certain people within the judiciary which should not be taken lightly by well meaning Ghanaians irrespective of your political persuasion.
We have seen judges murdered in cold blood in Ghana before. So the country must be weary of people calling for Presidential pardon.
Rather, lessons must be learnt from this so that our broadcasters will in future not so that could lead to incitement of certain section of the population.

Nana Ato Dadzie, threating to kill officers of the court is not a joke and more so, when it is against SC judges and Chief Justice herself? Mahama should be impeached if he ever pardoned them. P/NDC has a reputation for killing judges and this ought to be taken seriously. This is a country of laws and not a country of stupid men. If our democracy is allowed to be dumped by irresponsible lousy speeches, we will find soldiers rampaging on the streets of Accra all the way to the parliame t and Flagstaff zhoude given loot going in the going on in politics and the country. The trio will have to serve their time as a lesson to all wannabe assasins in Ghana. The lives of judges matter. Don't encourage violence to allow soldiers to use that as a execuse to overthrow government. Ato Dadzie respect the courts decisions. Ndc loves to kill judges. Should any person threaten to destabilize Ghana as a freedom of expressuon? Nope! Its a treasonable act and will elicit serious investigation. Let the wabbabe assasins go to jail. The Courts rule and they can take on the corrupt mahama regime if the MPs will not do their work.

what Presidential pardon? You guys should have learned the lessons from the last election with what happened to NPP loudmouths and their threats against the Justices and not run your mouths about hurting or harming anyone, whether they're Justices, your political opponents, or anyone you may disagree with. When grown men act so prematurely and then ask for Presidential pardon, it becomes clear that they do not have all their faculties together. No Presidential pardon should be wasted on stupidity. The owners and directors may deserve some sympathy, but the host and his panelists who engaged in this unpardonable conduct should not be allowed to waste the arm of a Presidential pardon.
