Undoubtedly,there are commitments and services that the personnel can clearly offer as a permanent worker after service in the respective institutions,bt ignorantly or wickedly,I shud say, they keep depending on service personnels,which in a long run,turns into unemployment. Its a fracture that needs to be patched up to curb unemployment. We live in a country where the powerful preys on the powerless. A gaping pit that will eventually swallow us all.

AS UNDERSTOOD, it is voluntary extension of the service and no one is force to join. Instead of rallying for it possible enforcement, you after might have secure your opportunity somewhere, is on behalf of the NSS mouth piece playing politics to block some members chances. Look! Better accept the offer and negotiate the allowances reasonably with the government and stop the pull dog play there. Always remember that you speak on behalf of a very large body different background and not your friends. THINK RIGHT!
