Why are they singling out NPP and treating them as traitors. May I know whether all the 95 who voted against were all from the NPP. Were the NDC representatives not more than the 125 parliamentarians who voted for Nov 7? This implies that some of the NDC parliamentarians were also against the date. Ghanaians must wake up and ask NDC members why they are so bitter about the Nov 7 date? Do they had sinister motive to cheat on Nov 7 and that changing the date could affect their chances?
To me December 7 is appropriate to allow all Diasporas who want to come home to vote to plan and come and also spend the Christmas vacation with their families. Weldon NPP and all those who voted “NO”.

I don't know about you, but my little cozy town of Avenorpeme can boast of a top of the range modern secondary school building with all the modern facilities you can think of. It's rather unfortunate that, the demise of the NPP had been prolonged. Just imagine a dying patient on life support, who wished to die but had to endure an extra four weeks of suffering. I am least concerned about the date of election. My concern is about the limited time that a winning candidate would have for transition. Touch wood. If there should happen to be a second round of voting, how much time would the incoming administration have to assume the reigns of government?
