We need to realize when these hypocrites realized our worth is when it's only good to use it to their selfish end. They won't even allow our best people to even work for OUR growth.
How many Ghanaians ever heard of Garcia Island in the Indian ocean? That island had a population black people but they were forcefully removed and settled on the Sechelles island and left behind all that they knew. Their memories, cemeteries and farm lands and became urban dwellers in a strange land and everyone knew what that would lead to - alcoholism, prostitution, depression and early death.
You may want to know what became of their island? The British and the US is using it as a secret military zone where the most deadliest sub marines and strange fighter jets are stationed, and the only people apart from whites whom they have trusted to work and clean behind them were only Philippines. The blacks were NOT trusted enough to be retained even as cleaners.
CNN's Amanpore highlighted the plight of these black ppl and you can access it on YOUTUBE.
That criminal militarization is what propelled China TO DO WHAT THEY DID.

The Philippines and others in the area are are being pushed to take China on as the west has no claim to do it but none of them is ready to vacate Garcia island.

China's control over those islands dates back 7000 years and no one can change that by a stroke of the pen as the US wanted and got from Dr. Mensah and his White team of arbitrators. It's a pity he has tarnished his image and Ghana's in the eyes of at least 1.3 billion people in the world to please 800 million people in Western Europe and USA. THAT WHILE THOSE STUDENTS/CANDIDATES WHO STUDIED LLB OR BA(LAW) AT LEGON WERE ALLOWED TO PURSUE THE PRE-REQUISITE MANDATORY COURSES TO GIVE THEM A DIRECT ADMISSION TO THE GHANA LAW SCHOOL THAT THOSE OF US WHO STUDIED LAW AT THE UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY, KUMASI JUST FOR THE FACT THAT THE UNIVERSITY DID NOT HAVE A FULL FLEDGE FACULTY OF LAW WITH THE LAW LIBRARY, THEN THAT TWO (2) OF THE MANDATORY PRE-REQUISITE COURSES WERE REMOVED AND INSTEAD OPTIONAL COURSES WERE RATHER ADDED THEREFORE WE WERE NOT GIVEN A DIRECT WALK IN TO THE GHANA SCHOOL OF LAW AND WE WERE CONSIDERED NON-LAW GRADUATES, THERETO.
THAT THERE WAS AN ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS CONDUCTED BY THE GHANA SCHOOL OF LAW FOR ALL NON-LAW GRADUATES WHO WANTED TO PURSUE THE LAW COURSE AND THE PROFESSIONAL BARRISTER-AT LAW (BL) COURSE. THERETO.
THAT AT OUR TIME ABOUT 300 UNIVERSITY NON-LAW GRADUATES TOOK PART IN THE EXAMINATIONS AND ONLY 50 CANDIDATES WERE ADMITTED AND HAPPILY I DID PASS THE EXAMINATIONS, THERETO.
THAT AT THE SAME TIME I WAS ALSO CALLED FOR AN INTERVIEW AT UNIVERSITY OF GHANA FOR THE MASTER OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION COURSE, THERETO.
IN ADDITION, I WAS ALSO ADMITTED FOR THE POST_GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AT GHANA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT & PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (GIMPA) IN ACCRA.

THAT BY THE DIVINE WILL AND PROVIDENCE OF GOD THAT I DID SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE BOTH COURSES AT BOTH INSTITUTIONS, THERETO.
THAT AT THE GHANA SCHOOL OF LAW IN 1992-1994 THAT I DID SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE POST-GRADUATE PRELIMINARY LAW COURSE (PLC) AND IN 1994-1996 THAT I DID ALSO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE PROFESSIONAL LAW (BL) COURSE AND WAS CALLED AND ADMITTED TO THE GHANA BAR ON ROLL OF LAWYERS ON OCTOBER 4,1996.
THAT TO PURSUE A POST-GRADUATE OR GRADUATE COURSES FOR 4 YEARS THAT THE PROFESSIONAL LAW QUALIFICATIONS STATUS WILL NOT REFLECT SUCH POST-GRADUATE PROFESSIONAL LAW COURSES NEED MORE TO BE DESIRED AND THEREFORE THERE IS THE NEED FOR BOTH THE BOARD OF LEGAL EDUCATION AND THE GENERAL LEGAL COUNCIL TO REVISIT THE MATTER AND TO REVIEW SAME.
THAT I HAD BEEN ADMITTED TO THE PACE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW, WHITE PLAINS, NEW YORK, USA AND PURSUED MASTER OF LAWS (LLM) COURSE IN 1999-2000. THAT WHILE SOME STUDENTS/CANDIDATES DID THE COURSE FOR TWO TO THREE YEARS THAT I RESPECTFULLY DID THE LLM COURSE FOR ONE (1) FULL YEAR AND PASSED ALL COURSES AND PAPERS, THERETO.
BUT BECAUSE OF DISCRIMINATION AND "ATROCIOUS LIES" THAT SOME PERSONS PEDDLED ABOUT ME THAT I DID SUFFER THE DISCRIMINATION.

THAT BY THE EVALUATION OF MY GHANA SCHOOL OF LAW TRANSCRIPTS AND GAVE ME THE ADMISSION INFERRED THAT I WAS GIVEN THE EQUIVALENT AS A "JURIS-DOCTOR" SINCE ONE HAS TO BE A "JURIS-DOCTOR" BEFORE ONE CAN OR COULD BE ADMITTED TO WRITE THE BAR EXAMINATIONS, THERETO.
HOWEVER, JUST BECAUSE THE EXACT POSITION OF "BARRISTERS" WERE NOT DETERMINED AT THE UNITED NATIONS LEVEL THAT FORMER SECRETARY GENERAL KOFI ANNAN WAS THE SUBSTANTIVE SECRETARY GENERAL AND I DID HELP HIM AT THE TIME I WAS ALSO HELPING H.E.MR.FORMER PRESIDENT GEORGE W.BUSH AND THEREAFTER, H.E.PROFESSOR DR.PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA CALLED ON ME TO HELP HIM.
THAT RESPECTFULLY, I HAVE ALREADY GAINED WORLD RECOGNITION AND I DO BELONG TO THE FOLLOWING BAR ASSOCIATION:

That tribunal is as toothless as Akufo-Addo's toothless attack dog Luna-Tic Kwasia Okoampa-Ahoofool. One cannot fault China for refusing to abide by the decisions of an international tribunal when the USA and Europe use international tribunals to bully others while refusing to subject themselves to the jurisdiction an authority of many international tribunals. Perhaps the USA can explain to the world why it continues to hold on to Guatanamo bay, a land that is part of Cuba, but tells the world that the Osama detainees are being held in a foreign land, Gautanomo. Or the International Court of Justice can explain why "international" only applies to mostly African and poor eastern European countries and not to countries like the USA with its President Bush causing the lost of millions of lives in Iraq by using a false pretense to invade that country while refusing to submit to the authority of the International Court of Justice..
