Three judges were murdered only because they worked hard to protect the integrity of the law courts. A whole president was miraculously murdered by his own vice because the latter was being investigated for taking steps to dupe the country when he John Ford Expedition Dramani Mahama led the processes that committed Ghana to the purchase of the grossly bloated Embraer 190 Aircraft and hanger purchase. In 2008, the Armed Forces had negotiated to acquire a hangar at USD5m. Two years later, Vice President Mahama returns from Rio de Janeiro with a cost of USD 17m, a whopping difference of USD12m. Also truthful is that an extra fuel tank on the Aircraft cost USD8m even as the staircase was said to be worth USD1m; thence the death of the ailing president bringing the investigation to an abrupt end.
That apart, we see some current day parliamentarians and leading members of the opposition party being slaughtered by these same NDC evil devils while the BNI and the police stand and stair or even play a role protecting these criminals. How could we allow ourselves to be overridden by these hardened criminals bent to distort, destroy and disturb the peaceful state we inherited from John Agyekum Kuffuour and NPP? This is to draw their attention to matters they may not be aware of and in so doing they are also subject to the court's proceedings and can be punished by way of a fine etc. In 'Company Terms' this is called 'unveiling the curtain or piercing the Corporate veil.

The veil of incorporation will be lifted in serious criminal offences.GCB is owned by several shareholder; will the Supreme Court invite all of them to appear before it?. In cases of this nature it is only the Directors of the Company who should be invaded because they run the company but not the shareholders.
VICARIOUS LIABILITY: In certain situations the directors of a company would be held liable for certain infractions of the laws perpetrated by its employees.I believe that the Judges know that this case has a lot of repercussions in company law and free speech. They need sometime to study it fully before the necessary sentencing come July 27th. The Judges have made one mistake already (retroactive legislation) and obviously have learnt a lesson from that.

A law is there to protect parliament from scandalous comments n a law is again there to protect the courts from same.which law gives such an advantage to the presidency?
The sentence must not be less than 15 yrs. Most people of this generation do not recognize the importance of old individuals. This will certainly serve as a deterrent to many others.
IS ON RECORD THAT 3 JUDGES HAVE ONCE BEEN KILLED ANS SET ABLAZE IN THIS COUNTRY. THE JUDGES MUST GIVE A STIFFER PUNISHMENT TO THE FOUR CRAZY NDC BITCHES.
