Most simple solution: legalize okada! Future roads should have bike lanes for their safety. And every car hitting okada rider should get heavy penalty. Just like okada riders passing through red lights

Another outside the box idea: upgrade quality of schools so that parents bringing kids to school before going to work spend less time and km in traffic. You want proof ? check traffic during school holidays and conclude !

There are jobs, create it.This a graduate using knowledge even though unrelated directly, but i believe maturity from university is key.God Bless.
