These are not matters to be taken lightly given the fact that, the NDC party and gov't has a sickening and despicable history in that regard, and Ghana demands the swiftest and severest response to send a very clear message to such agents of extremism and violence, these agents of lawlessness and impunity that not this time, not again, we repeat, never again and Ghana stands on the side of democracy, Ghana stands on the side of accountable governance which democracy provides within the framework of the rule of law, and authoritarianism and dictatorship by misguided and irresponsible elements would not hold the collective destiny of Ghanaians to ransom through murders, threats, violence, extremism, assassinations and murders of members of the judiciary.
Ghana is watching closely that this message is sent and sent very, very strongly to the John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't and party.

The Supreme Court should show Ghanaians that our laws are alive and strong. Nobody should toy with our judicial system esp thinking that they are above the laws. Mugabe's apology should not be accepted; he knew what he was doing by inviting his friends to his afternoon program. This is not the first time; he's know for be hard-working Radio presenter spewing garbage and threats against politicians. In a similar incidence, he predicted the death of an NPP MP in Akim Abuakwa North and the very next day late JB Danquah Adu was murdered. The case is still being investigated by police with some suspects on custody. The case should not be treated with kids gloves. It's a very serious matter the culprits should be given the appropriate jail sentences to serve as a deterrent to others. There are some noted politicians behind these crazy plot to eliminate our Supreme Court Justices that is Mugabe could confidently say that he doesn't fear jail sentence. The SC should disappoint the nation, but put the law to work.

All eyes on the Supreme Court to see what they would do in this case of threatening and verbal assault on the lives of the Supreme Court Judges by three cocain addicts,and paid agents of the ruling NDC government headed by our incompetent president John Dramani Mahama.
The Supreme Court Judges mut bite, and bite deep and without mercy. It was such reckless and irresponsible oral diatribe that brought about the carnage and genocide in Rhwanda. Any show or sign of leniency on the part of the Supreme Court would be a sign of weakness on the part of the SC. This is a landmark test case, and the SC must hit harder to appease the souls of the NDC organized murder of the three High Court Judges and the retired Army officer. Under no circumstances would the Judges listen to any plea of leniecy or mercy on the part of these three irresponsible paid agents of the NDC.
The NDC adherents, massing up at the Supreme Court to show sympathy and support for the three cocaine addicts showed no remorse for their past beastly escapades.
The Supreme Court Judges would be signing their own death certificates if they allow these three idiots, and paid agents of the NDC to go scot free.
Custodian sentence is the only option for these hoodlums. When they come back from prison, they will learn their lessons well.
