  after having my items stolen by such local thieves for two occasions, i understand the pain and anger of the residents.
  
  but no one should tell us the people are barbarians. in my case i reported to the police and they didnt even come to see how the thief got acess to my room. wasn't it a local thief who killed the abuakwah north mp? you guys think it's good for the thief to be a barbarian but wrong for the innocent hardworking ghanaian to repond in equal meassure after the police and courts have failed to punish those people to a deterrent?
  
  i personally support three things:
  
  1. police should kill any person they catch live doing armed robbery or carrying a ballot box away during elections.
  
  2. residents who catch a thief in live action should beat him to death.
  
  3. drivers whose careless driving behaviors result in accidents that involve loss of lives should be charged with Homicide and sentenced to death.
  
  if there's no cause there won't be effects!! kwaseasem kwa!
