The ball is in the court of the Supreme Court members. These NDC people have already justified the incendiary and actionable remarks by their colleagues. This is coming from well-proven murderers who have eliminated or incinerated three judges before because they considered these judges as a threat to their agenda. These same party courageously obliterated a sitting president in the twinkle of an eye. So if the Supreme Court judges feel safe to put their trust in the hands of these murderers and let these scumbags go unpunished, then it's up to them. In law, it's not only what you do that matters but what happens after a crime has been committed reveals the intentions of the perpetrator. The moral support and the justifications being used by all these NDC officials show clearly the hidden agenda of this government against the judges. The supporters are being emboldened because they take a cue from the hidden motive of the NDC government. Hindsight is always 20/20, and I'm sure the Supreme Court will live to regret if they fail to set an unprecedented example with these guys and something untoward happen to them in the future.

I do believe,Mr Kofi Akpaloo was a young boy when JJ Rawlings staged a coup de tat in Ghana and carelessly murdered Judges and other people in this country to intimidate the rest ostensibly to rule the Nation with iron hands.This act of annihilation of a section of the communuty should not be allowed to happen in this country again,and what these two young men are advocating is a complete disregard of human lifes only to use it as a threat to achieve their diabolical goals.The supreme court should incasrate them with hard labour if they are brought before it to learn sence and refrain from search unguided speeches in the future.

Engage your brains before you speak if you are serious about administering Ghana someday? Kennedy Agyepong was arrested, charged with treason and put before our courts.
But the State prosecutors could not the prove the burden of treason with his offence, so he escaped sanction. Treason is is a very serious offense and requires a much higher burden of prove for conviction,
Ken Agyepong could have been jailed if the prosecution had charged him with a lesser offense like second degree felony under our Criminal Act law which is easier to convict a person on. Chuck that one for the Incompetence at the AG department. They were more interested in helping Woyome collect his fraudulent judgement debt.
In the MuntieFM case it is mind buggling why the IGP and the AG have not charged the Muntie boys as felons including charging the program host, management and owner for aiding and abetting in the commission of their crimes?
Threat of death from anyone is a crime under our laws . Apologies and pleading for mercy are only if value after conviction and at the sentencing phase in court proceedings.
The Justices must act on this case without fear. We must begin to sanitize our air waves and media. The offenders must all be jailed with longer time sentences to hard labor.
God bless our motherland Ghana.
