Most of these so called mini vans are originally cargo vans but when they are imported into Ghana, they are converted to passenger cars with seats so tightly arranged even getting out of them at normal times is not easy and what emergency escape system are you talking about?

The used cargo vans are cheap in Germany especially the ones that have been involved in accidents and these scrapped vans are brought to Ghana that are not even good enough for pigs to be transported in.
