AKPALOOO HAS A HAND IN THIS USELESS PROPAGANDA ARTICLE IN AN ATTEMPT TO DESTROY DR. NSIAH"S CHANCE OF UNSEATING HIM (AKPALOO) AS THE C.E.O. NOW, LISTEN: OUR USELESS GOVERNMENT WHICH IS MADE UP OF NDC CRIMINALS HAVE DESTROYED THE NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE SCHEME (NHIS) THAT GAVE THE PEOPLE OF GHANA A FREE HEALTHCARE. EVEN THOUGH WE STILL PAY THE NHIS LEVY IN ADDITION TO VAT AND OTHER TAXES, THE USELESS NDC KEEPS EMBEZZLING THE MONEY AND THEY KEEP DESTROYING THE ECONOMY. THIS CRIMINAL NDC GOVERNMENT HAS MADE THE AVERAGE CITIZEN SO POOR THAT MANY CAN'T EVEN FEED THEMSELVES, AND YOU WANT THEM TO PAY FOR MEDICAL BILLS WHICH NHIS IS SUPPOSED TO COVER??? WHEN THEY CAN'T EVEN FEED THEMSELVES?????? HEY LISTEN: WHOEVER WROTE THIS ARTICLE MUST EITHER BE AN EWE AYIGBE TRIBALIST FOOL, OR HE HAS DIMPKY BEEN CONTRACTED BY DR. AKPALOO TO PAINT THE HONOURABLE DR. NSIAH BLACK!!! SUPPORTING DR. AKPALOO AND ATTEMPTING TO DEMONIZE DR. NSIAH WHO IS ACTUALLY A GOOD AND BETTER DR. THAN DR. AKPALOO IS A HIT BELOW THE BELT, FOOL!!!! IF YOU DON'T KNOW, LET ME EDUCATE YOUR FOOLISH ASS: IN THE WORLD TODAY, CASH AND CARRY CANNOT BE DEMANDED AT GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS! IN A GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL LIKE KATH, NO ONE CAN BE REFUSED TREATMENT AND TURNED AWAY BECAUSE OF INABILITY TO PAY!!!!! THAT'S A UNIVERSAL LAW UNDER UNITED NATIONS CHARTER, AND IT'S A UNIVERSAL HUMAN RIGHT AS WELL AS A CIVIL RIGHTS OF ALL CITIZENS AND NON-CITIZENS ALIKE TO RECEIVE TREATMENT AT GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS AND BE LET GO IF THEY CAN'T PAY !!!!!!! SO NO ONE CAN BE DETAINED AT A HOSPITAL AFTER TREATMENT DUE TO INABILITY TO PAY THE BILLS, FOOLS!!! THETEFORE I WANT THIS FOOL EWE TRIBALIST WHO HAS OBVIOUSLY BEEN PAID BY AKPALOO TO DESTROY THE IMAGE OF DR. NSIAH TO TELL ME IF DR. NSIAH DID NOT DO THE RIGHT THING BY LETTING THEM GO AND SAVING THEIR FOLDERS ELSEWHERE SINC THEY CANT PAY! THIS IS SIMPLE: THE PEOPLE CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY AND KATH HAS NO OPTION BUT TO LET THEM GO. PERIOD!!!!!!!

NHIS was not well planned.
We should have a national ID first and ensure every Ghanaian is well identified.
Then from the ID we could have the NHIS cards and Tax card and properly monitor who pays or not.
