  What is the problem with Ghanaweb punctuatiom literacy. Your reporter has a problem with use of commas. This is not the first time. Very shameful for an English -speaking country with journalists educated in English.

For years the very farmers Never got these free fertilisers so why now in Election era! and even that will never go thro' to them.
