I have known Obed Akwa since primary/middle school days at Nkawkaw, his 'O-Level'days at MPASS, his 'A-Level' days at SEKCO (Sekondi College), at Military Academy at Teshie and finally at The Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst, Surrey, England as a very humble, very intelligent, well discplined and extremely brave individual.

Later I saw him as one of the military advisors of President Kuffour.

I believe that he deserves that post and it also shows that JDM does not give post to Akans.

One thing I must admit is that I never knew he is also called Boamah, which confirms my assumption that he is partly Kwahu.
