How many Ghanaians do have national ID Cards or passports?NHIS card is legally backed document by the 1992 constitution so if the SC is now saying it's unconstitutional then they should declare driver's license and the provision for 2 guarantors too as unconstitutional.SC shoud know that a driver's license cannot establish the citizenship of any individual for election purpose.The only proper document for establishing citizenship is a passport or national ID card,the rest are all unconstitutional if even backed by law like the NHIS Cards.Now the SC should tell the EC how these affected voters are going to be re-register if they don't have passport or National ID Card.Thank you.

The entire list should be made available for all the parties to go through. EC has already shown not to be trust worth due to her previous dealings. EC has already sent mixed messages, one point "NO I CAN'T HAVE ALL THE REGISTRANTS, ONE POINT YES I COULD PROVIDE THE LIST". Now which is which? The list should be submitted under oath.

This is simple if you cannot provide all, new register has to be done then.
If Ashanti is 7000 and Volta 3000 who will benefit. 7000 Ashantis will register and 3000 Volta will register.

per the report it means that the NHIS is not targeting the poor in the society. upper west and upper east recorded the lowest. but is a fact that the poverty rate is high as compare to Ashanti region and Central region.

There was a news item of NHIS officials being arrested i n Togolese territory registering people. If these were the figures why didn't the EC readily accept to delete Ann re- register. Oh EC
