Anyway nice try we can now separate the real issues from the media propaganda.
In reality this is actually an Npp interpretation of the rulings since so do not think you two are deceiving any body.
It is a bit too late since positions are now entrenched. Where were you all the time.
You appear with this thesis after your spokespersons including that judge poison the air.
Anyway thumbs are thumbs. This high fallutin expose does little to change the perception of the voter.
African intellectuals plenty grammar little substance in a failed continent

Akoto Ampaw's lengthy thesis, makes nonsense of the position and posture taken by the NPP, Asante Bediatuo, the Attorney for the plaintiffs, and[Ampaw's buddy], as well as the numerous political appendages of the party! Why were all the afore- mentioned groups, including Justice Dotse, running around telling the entire country that the ruling[Abu Ramadan II]was clear and unambiguous; and that it was the EC, particularly, its new Chair, Charlotte Osei, that was dragging its feet, and in contempt of the "clear" orders of the Apex Court?
The SC, has needlessly gotten itself embroiled in this 'nasty' proxy fight, and I dare say Akoto Ampaw's attempt to 'rubbish' the pains the various panels took to travers the 'minefield' that these 'Y3nte Gyae' people have placed it in, is very unfortunate. In any event, who decreed that constitutional law is static; and should not take into, the glaring and prevailing circumstances?
Who can forget the ruses your side employed to get your candidate, who had clearly been whipped at the polls, declared the 'winner', and installed as President. Good try buddy, but no cigar!

Akoto Ampaw and Prempeh think they can deceive Ghanaians with these long jingoistic write ups. We know where they belong and are ready to call day night so as to continue to be accepted by those they worship.

So this thing about the independence of the EC is a myth? What exactly was the mind of the framers of the constitution? The law indeed is an ass.
