Any sensible citizen will never insult and condemn a journalist for investigating the conduct of a sitting president. Maybe it's your bad luck that it's president Mahama, but please remember that this is Ghana so it shouldn't matter if it's Mahama or Akufo-Addo. That is totally irrelevant.

If the NPP is corrupt, it doesn't give Mahama the right to also go about collecting bribes. And if Akufo-Addo was corrupt, it certainly doesn't mean President Mahama shouldn't be investigated for corruption. Great nations were not developed with such stupid mentality. Positive mentality of citizens is the key to the development of any nation so if you truly love Ghana, you would consider her interest before any political party.

Until now, nobody has proven whether or not the vehicle is at the presidency. No matter how you put a spin to the issue, the fact remains that President Mahama has misconducted himself.

And this business of suggesting that Manasseh hates the President is quite absurd. Why would he hate the President? Does investigating someone amounts to hatred? You have made some allegations against Akufo-Addo on this platform, remember? Must we also assume that you hate Nana Addo? I honestly think the Ford gift given to Mahama is just the surface. I'm very sure the President has benefited financially from this contract and so many others considering the corruption scandals that follow most of the projects executed under his administration. If the President was an honest leader, by now many of his officials would be serving jail term by now. I therefore think the opposition has been more charitable with the manner in which they have addressed this bribery issue. Imagine if an NPP were in govt and the NDC was in opposition. We should not ask for accounts because Mahama says he accounting to the people so all is well.
