In the first place I will attempt to define corruption as I understand it. Simply, I define corruption as a distortion of laid down system. Yes, simply put. This means that even if one fails to follow procedure but arrive at an acceptable conclusion, one has corrupted the system under discussion. Some of the symptoms of corruption include but not limited to secrecy, underhand dealings, no proper records are kept and intermediaries are as much as possible minimised. In the case of so called corruption case I car was delivered officially to Ghana's embassy, car was properly documented and forwarded to Upper East regional offices, car was subjected to duty payments, car was transferred to Accra. Car immediately added to official car pool at the presidency. If you still see this

Now, the Supreme court is also custodians of the Supreme Law of the land, THE CONSTITUTION.
despite any institutions independence, must work withing the law, therefore if a citizen believes the law is not being followed, the person or entity goes to the Supreme Court who then examines if the law or The Constitution is being followed or not.
This time, the found out that the EC is not properly following the law, hence the judgement in favor of the appellant.

We shouldn't accept any multiple pink sheets for any center. In fact the EC should not attempt to print three sets of pink sheets as was done for the last elections
