Did he chastise the court when they ruled in favor of Mahama during the election petition? That alone shows the true colors of these nitwits in the ruling party. Any ruling from the utmost court should go to their favor or else. It is only in Ghana that these fools will try to twist facts and insult the ruling coming from the supreme court. We are in for a long haul.

The Supreme Court knows exactly how NDC came to power by manipulating the electoral system with the conniving of the EC. Everyone saw it during the court case in 2012. The only reason the Supreme Court ruled in favour of Mahama was to preserve peace at that time. The court is not prepared to risk the security of the country by allowing NDC to rig the system again and result in unprecedented mayhem in December. They want the EC to play fair, instead of ganging up with NDC to right the elections.

Open your eyes my friend, the Chief Justice Georgina Woods is a close relative of Nana and sister-in-law of Attaa Akyea. Why did she rush to preside over the case just to pass this rule? If they the Supreme court as you are suggesting ruled in favor of Mahama to preserve peace, then they are big fools and not fit to be attheir position as the Apex court. Didn't they also take into consideration what the other parties might also do if denied justice?
The same is in this EC issue. They should not be fooled to think a particular group want something done and because the other group is a bit silent they can bully them or the EC. That group will stand up and fight too. That is where the civil unrest begin. Ask your self who are the majority? A party or Ghanaians?
Why didn't they are ask for the list in their first ruling only to pass a childish ruling which they themselves don't understand until a further interpretation has been requested. Now they want a list to understand their own ruling before explaining. THEY ARE A DISGRACE! No wonder Anas got them.

Look, it is only in Ghana that when the supreme court rules on a case, people love to take them to the cleaners. In the advance democracies, when the top court speaks or rules, what happens is that legal experts rather explains the came out with such rulings. They do not insult them.

This Adu Asare lacks elementary logic: The Supreme Court is the HIGHEST court of Ghana. It's ruling MUST be RESPECTED by ALL Ghanaians. That Court's ruling on the Voters Register was CLEAR and UNAMBIGUOUS, so any dragging of feet by the EC would naturally attract chastisement.

The days of AFRC/P/NDC which legitimized extra-judicial killings and abduction and killing of judges are over.

Next we hear John Dramani Mahama has been stockpiling on arms and ammunitions in this country.
Ghanaians have heard the Supreme Court and JSC Sulley Gbadegbe very, very well when he says the Supreme Court will not sit down for the EC and others who think like them and hold similar such positions, plunge this country into violence and chaos on the back of lawlessness and impunity whilst they stockpile arms and ammunitions to bring into fruition such dishonorable conduct to remain in power at all cost, in an election John Dramani Mahama has lost.
