This is a 1960's idea that failed Ghana miserably. Only shallow-headed persons can preach the revival of a failed idea.

Government policies can help establish factories in every district, it means government subsidies, offering soft loans, government and private partnerships, tax incentives, training and developing human resources, especially Agricultural products can help our economy to stimulate at the same time put huge taxes on import to protect local factories. Nana Addo every district factories is feasible unless you are a person without vision and this time we will not allow any moron like P/NDC JJ RAW..SHIT come back and sell it to his wife and friends. If NDC can build a useless fence in backward country Burkina Faso for $650,000 why can't noble Nana Addo build a factories with that kind of money?
