We were extremely lucky to avoid a full blown civil war at that time, and it's amazing how quickly some Ghanaians and the EC forgot. Common sense will dictate that we tread on cautious grounds and create a favourable atmosphere for this elections but the EC, in cahoots with the government has created a "take it or leave it" atmosphere thus leaving the opposition no choice but to suspect that this elections can never be credible.
