Because those closer to the action are motivated only by personal interest, and they know it.

They want to exploit the players and the technicians, and Keni resents it, and they don't like that.

Hearts were on the floor, possibly heading for relegation this season before Keni came in at the beginning.

Just a microcosm of how the whole country is run: the bad are ahead while the good are cast aside.

Look at all the Japanese fans that have been driving and cheerleading the crowds.

Hearts can't keep a coach.
They've already lost in customer relations. Disgraceful.

One of the reasons for the coach's firing was because of his lack of coziness with the executive board. So long as he performed his responsibilities well, building a better relationship with the board should be secondary.

Well, if the news report is true, then I don't think our team has done the right thing.The sports coaches in the USA are given a responsibility of making teams the way management expect but they do not interfere with which player has to play, who has to be substituted, who can play etc.It is not Hearts Of Oak alone but almost all Ghanaian teams, who employ expatriate coaches as professionals who must perform.These expatriate coaches bring technology from where they are born or reside and expect continuity regarding their career. If something different occurs in their line of duty, they will fume up.There has been too many stories told about GFA officials, local team officials, and even Ministers in Government interfering with soccer coaches' decisions. That will not help us.

of Oak in Ghana Premier League has come to
the end as today, 20th of June 2016 16:30 at
Hearts secretariat where I met with the
management.
At the time of signing my contract in 1st week
of November 2015, I told the managing
director at that time that I have a prior
commitment in July 2016 that I can't change
the date. At that time, GPL was scheduled to
start by December 2015 and we assumed that
the league must be over by July 2016 or at
lease very close to end of the season. So, he
said "We will deal with it when the time
comes".
As you know, start of GPL got delayed to end
of February 2016; therefore, end of the season
got delayed to end of September 2016. So, I
approached the board about 25 days/five
matches I will miss.
My 1st option was to let my two assistant
coaches care take while I am away. If that is
not acceptable by the board and the
management, then we must terminate my
contract to replace me by someone else.
The board and the management decided to
terminate the contract now, and I signed the
letter for termination of the contract by
mutual consent.
What my prior commitment is in July 2016 is
something I will not discuss publicly. I asked
Hearts management not to reveal it and they
agreed.
I have had great memories with Accra Hearts
of Oak for good time and for difficult time.
I thank our supporters for their criticism in
the beginning; that made me to push harder to
better. I also thank them for unbelievable
amount of support after 1st league match;
without their support, I would not have
accomplished what I I had accomplished
today.
It is bitter that I have to leave now.
I thank our players for making unbelievable
efforts they had made and teamwork they have
shown. We achieved many successes because
of their efforts and teamwork on and off the
pitch.
I thank my two assistant coaches, Nassam
Yakubu and Yaw Preko. We three were perfect,
and it was an excellent working relationship we
had together. I am sure I will work with them
again.
I thank for our staff for coping with my
demands.
I thank the club for the opportunity.
It is bitter that I must leave now in midway to
the season. It is disappointing to find myself in
this situation, and I don't think we can point
any single person for what has happened.
For sure, this time was my best time in my
coaching career so far.
I would like to concentrate on my commitment
in July 2016 1st. I would like to think about
my future in August 2016.

I am sorry for Hearts. In the first place, Hearts has not sacked the Coach. The Coach before his appointment made it known about a course he would embark upon in India. He was told that would not be a problem and that when they get to the bridge, they would Cross it.
Having realised the time is getting nearer, Kenichi reminded the authorities and gave them the option of using the assistant coaches till he comes back or the two part ways mutually. Hearts chose the latter option.
Questions are: where from the sacking issue?
Is Hearts hiding behind this opportunity to relieve the man of His job without a severance package even when they knew this from day one?
Why did they employ the Portuguese trained coaches weeks before Kenichi's issue cropped up?
In my conclusion I would say Hearts of Oak board and management members do not know what they are about. They will live to regret this rather bad decision

Kenichi is human. He might appear disrrespectful at times but he is not a push over Coach who would allow interferance in his line of duty.
The question is: Is he deliverance before his purpoted sack? Were the supporting behind him? Were his tactical and training regimes excellent? Had he the players' welfare at heart? If the answer to these questions is "yes" then Hearts of Oak has made the biggest mistake ever in the managerial level.
I rest my case.
