  in fact it seems to be a good action hope it materialized. again it will reduce the gap between the lending rate and the borrowing rate with proper management.

  So we even needed IMF to tell us to stop borrowing from BOG. That is why we are always spending far beyond our budget without taken into consideration common sense economic management rules. This is why we need a better economic management team like that of the NPP. Typical gbemela attitude of Ghanaians.
