  Infact Ghanaians clubs need to have patience to young coming coaches like the case of coach Mohammed of okwahu united he needs time go present a formidable team of his technical know how in other to consolidate his goals as a hard working coach the coach also need a lot of encouragement in other to blend the team to het good results but we ent hv to dump him because very soon all the veteran coaches 're going to b retired n which of the coaches will really come b take the job fem where the former coach left . because if I see a horse tuning on the street a with ropes on its neck u dnt jump on it because I need to ask itself one question that where is the former rider. Yes we Ghanaian coaches like a to jump on a runing horses b at the end we dnt get anywhere. So I'm only pleading to the club owners to b patient for the young coaches in other not to discourage them but to encourage them like coach mohammed of okwahu united thank I.

  There 're typing errors in my comments I'm trying to advice coaches b football administrators who need results but not encouraging coaches in other to present good teams to get results n in Ghana most coaches like jump on a runing horses because I need to ask urself one question that why the horse was runing on the streets with ropes on its neck b the question is .. where is the former rider. This 're some of the questions we need to ask ourselves as coaches but the moment I 're coaching us assistant ent I to fall down frm the runing horse to jump on it but refused to ask himself about the former rider this is what I mean. When I travel outside ghana before I will see something for urself that we hv great coaches who impacting co a ching knowledge into the younger coaches in ghana we hv coaches in ghana football who can read game n understand it propper some 're former footballers n some never played to the highest level but they 're capable to coach very well n get good results the oti s add us uncle Ben's 're doing a great job for our young coaches in ghana n we appreciate what they were teaching us now if I check the coaches in the premier league majority of them went through the hands of this great coaches that I mention their name so clubs needs to mentain coaches in other to present a wining team for the clubs that they assigned to coach.

  Orlando,you sound the same old wise and prudent person of old.
  As you are aware,nothing has really changed in the club that is why we are still wallowing in the doldrums.As Gargo maintained,the Club House has been used as "live in" quarters by the players,girl friends and whatnots since that building was bought over.Women still troup out of the building every morning which is not good for club morals.
  This has been the culture ever since and this culture needs to be changed and curfew has to placed on the players.You see players around Zongo Junction in the early hours of the morning now returning to the Club House.When is he going to turn in to bed and be ready for training in the morning?
  We really really need a new culture and attitude from both the Management,Playing body,Supporters and mostly,the "Station Boys."
