In that same policy was a progressively free secondary education, so who copied who? Besides the talk about free secondary education has been talked about by CPP, PNC as far back as year 2000. So what is nana talking about.
Nana statement on converting all polytechnics to technical university only expose his ignorance on policy implementation. The policy as its stand under mahama is to convert all polytechnics to technical university and any good public policy implementer will not go for a wholesale conversion of polytechnics into technical universities. Lets be careful what we say about government policy. I will suggest if nana does not have anything new to offer he should shut up because that is better for the country to what he is churning out lately because of political expediency

This message of converting all polytechnics into a university is a fallacy, Nana. A committee of high profile with experience in education was constitutionally formed to look into the technicalities of this conversion. They came out with a report which the president is advised to act on. Bcos of cheap politics, the main opposition leader is attacking the president why not all? Ei, so if we vote you into power u gonna wake up from your bed and order the 30% to be upgraded into technical universities. Do we call this good governance? Hmmm

That is to say a Polytechnic could maintain its original name but upgraded to offer some Degree Courses without the Change of name. That is better than a Hollow or Mushroom University!,in my personal opinion.Having said that, the promises is becoming too much in my personal opinon.Is it given in desperation to be president or what!.
