The state can verify the sources of the mother's wealth (income) to enable her build such houses Also, if the appropriate taxes were paid on those income(s) earned/or unearned towards the construction of these buildings.

if the assets are not in nayele's name,there's no law in Ghana here that can confiscate them.also there is no law based on the mothers income or I.R.S to seize the said properties.Ghana here one can inherit valuable like pot ...
