    yeah, you're to say that the constitution in 1992 was written to favour Rawlings because they wanted to favour him. the constitution must change.

    The drafting of the constitution was done solely by Tsikata to suit his Ewe dictator and brother. But the dictator still was not pleased with the constitution because he wanted to be like Putin.
