  There is definitely an issue with management but the corruption is rotten up and down the line. The company needs to be gutted.

  There is definitely an issue with management but the corruption is rotten up and down the line. The company needs to be gutted.
  
  Use Ghana Telecom/Vodafone as an example. The work force was ineffective, bloated and only did their work if they were paid extra by customers....even then, they didn't know what they were doing ! Vodafone replaced all top management with people who have done this before and started to package off most of their workers. A few, they kept...others they hired using their own criteria. (How many ECG employees have their job because of a connection !!) It took a couple of years but the transformation is incredible.
