    mobile phones as means of communication must be allowed in schools during breaks.as we know,schools have periods of learning.students could use the breaks for themselves

    We should not ban them but let them turn them off during classes bcos in US where the place I live they use it but if you use it during classes time they will size it you pay a fine after school nd you get it back

    Would not work. You cannot ban mobile phone, day and age. You are just trying to create another illegality to put people into prisons and trouble. Do not put any silly coy that cannot be defeated.

    Children do not get creative with their phone instead they just chatter with there friends and family and disturb lessons. Creativity should be teacher led and carried out on computers.
