Zoomlion only needs the sludge to enrich his fertilizer , the Brasilians are incompetent fly by night engineers who did organize proper drainage , Collins only want to chop money so if he isnt bribed in advance nothing will happen ,and Ibrahim Mahama just used the equipment for his private businesses even though last year they all caused the deaths of thousands

What I also note about water is that it takes the line of least resistance. If it is forced to other areas improperly, it would destroy those in its line. The weak structures.

The Kwame Nkrumah circle interchange project is the main cause of the excessive flooding in that area. Most of the drains that carry water within the area into the Odaw river /drain have been blocked. The contractors should have made provision for alternative means to carry the floodwaters into the Odaw river /drain. It was same circle interchange project that caused the June 3 flooding last year. It looks like the project is causing a lot of nuisance.
