This guy death was not natural and for that matter the family must following the procedures before the body release to them for burial. The man death was worry to all meaningful Ghanaians and that should not give the family authority to violate the laws of Ghana.

That is obviously nonsense but the family has accepted to bury their him and not to continue with any litigation. The police claim they have been exonerated. What is preventing them from releasing the body then? I don't know which due procedures you are talking about. After postmortem, the body is released to the family. That is the due procedure. Ghana is just in chaos now with some people and organizations assuming they have power so they can do whatever they want. The future does not look good at all for the country.

The police can't continue to agonize the family. If I was the father of the dead, I would abandon the body for the police. Kofi Boakye should learn modern methods of policing than the hot head attitude he's displaying.
