    Parliament members this is a very good advice and needs to be implemented immediately.Somebody with Wisdom needs to draft a law on this and we try it for 15 years and see how it works.

    There is everything wrong with the Ghanaian constitution. From the appointment of EC to whatever! We need several constitutional amendments for Ghana to work well.

    Every city police Chief is appointed by the various cities mayors in the USA. The head of treasury, supreme judges and other heads are appointed by the President. Ghana doing nothing different.

    Zoko-Bia,know the facts. Supreme Court judges and other high ranking appointees are NOMINTED by the President and confirmed or rejected by Congress. I do not believe you live in Chicago.
