There is now the rush to "create jobs" before the election in November. Gyeeda, Suba etc have not been resolved, and recently there is a lot of uncertainty around Komenda.

The Tema Community 1,site 3 Housing project involves the construction of eight blocks of 8 storey flats of two & three bedroom apartments.

The first phase of four blocks of flats containing sixty-four 2-bedroom apartments is nearing completion.Preparations are ongoing to start the second phase of the project.
