THAT IS THE SAD ASPECT. NOBODY CHECKS THEM BUT THE REGISTERED DOCTORS CAN'T ADVERTIS THEMSELVES.

1. Are all qualified practitioners registered? 2.If qualified but unregistered is a quack? 3.Is membership a requirement for licensing?
