    Do you know what is Doctor of Science in Jurisprudence (JSD)? And who says PhD holders make sense in what they say? Don't let me mention names of supposed PhD holders making a lot of senseless submissions daily.

    You are right Prof Sawyer. In all the Western World, pre-university education is 12 years. Why should Ghana's be extended another year? In deed, content and delivery are the main issues to revamp, not the duration.

    He just said what John Mahama wants to hear. No one is questioning the content of the JSS and SHS (or whatever); Ghanaians are questioning the time it take to complete that content. Akilakpa knows that.

    Before the JSS people used 2 years (form 4 and 5) to write the O level after wasting 3 years dong general studies.
