Kid was born in Ghana and played for England at the youth level.. He is NOT tied to the English team yet. However, there should be due diligence to ensure that all possible legal hurdles have been cleared before he plays for Ghana.. All the names you are throwing around, if they were any good, they would have risen to the top.. I don't know about the rest, but how many chances do you think Bekoe and Adams need to shine? They failed to impress, and unable maintain a spot on the team, and have since NOT improved..

I think Joe Dodoo needs to be commended for showing his loyalty to the country of his birth.
Even though there is a chance(whether huge or slim) of representing England with all the prestige, fame.money that comes with it...he chose Ghana
And not only has he chosen Ghana but even when he has not been cleared by FIFA to play for Ghana he has shown that his heart is with his motherland by joining them at the training grounds....thats excellent of him
we need such players,Ghana,GFA, Coaches of Black Stars etc do not need to beg any player to naturalize and play for us...
we need people who are willing
the likes of Balotelli, welbeck etc were not willing but we went begging them
KP Boateng when he realised he had no chance in the German squad reluctantly naturalized for Ghana just for his own interest of attracting top European teams, and when he had it, look what he did to Ghana.
so the likes of Inaki Williams etc we dont need to force them, if they want to play they should come lets not beg them at all
